From Motherboard replacement to outer ring repair, our controller repair service is all inclusive for any issues you've encountered with your Quest 2 Controller.


For about half the cost of a new controller, you can get your current one repaired no matter what has gone wrong with it.

How mail-in repair works

  1. Book it here. Add the repair to your cart and check out — this reserves your spot in the queue.
  2. We email your free prepaid label within 24 hours. Print it, pack your headset, and drop it off.
  3. We diagnose it. The diagnostic is free with your repair. When it arrives, our techs inspect it and send you the exact price.
  4. You approve. Nothing is charged until you say yes. Then we complete the repair.
  5. We ship it back, tracked. Return shipping is billed with the repair, usually under $9.

What to send — and what to remove

Send: your headset, plus any controllers or accessories related to the problem you're describing.

Please remove first: the facial interface, prescription lens inserts, SD cards, and any straps or accessories you want to keep. Sign out of your account or remove the device lock, and back up anything important — a repair may reset the device.

Warranty

Every repair is covered by a 30-day warranty from the date it's returned to you. It covers issues related to the original repair — not new damage, misuse, or unrelated wear.

It depends on your headset and what's wrong. Quest 2 repairs typically run $35–$99. Quest 3 and 3S repairs typically run $80–$240. Controller repairs start at $35.99.
