Hey there — we're Preston and Dan, and FixMyOculus started as two guys running a small VR arcade in Rogers, Arkansas. We spent our days introducing people to the magic of virtual reality… until COVID shut everything down in 2020.

Like a lot of small businesses, we had to adapt. But what we discovered was bigger than our arcade: customers were showing up with broken Quest headsets, busted controllers, and nowhere to turn. The big tech companies weren't fixing them. Warranty claims were hitting dead ends. And suddenly, we became the fix-it guys.

So we leaned in — hard.
