Dan and Preston, founders of Fix My Oculus, in their VR repair workshop

A small team with a big mission: keep you in VR

Hey there, we're Preston and Dan. FixMyOculus started as a small VR arcade in Rogers, Arkansas. When COVID shut the arcade down in 2020, customers kept showing up with broken Quest headsets and nowhere to turn, so we became the fix-it guys.

Today we've helped over 10,000 devices get back to working like new, and we're still a tight-knit team of four that treats every repair like it's our own headset on the line.

How much does a repair cost?

It depends on your headset and what's wrong. Quest 2 repairs typically run $35–$99. Quest 3 and 3S repairs typically run $80–$240. Controller repairs start at $35.99. The diagnostic is free with any repair, and we send you the exact price before anything is charged — you're never billed without approving it first.
