The product is perfect. Came in brand new, working absolutely great. Got them to fix my stick drift and it immediately fixed it after replacing them. 100% recommend.
Pretty quick fix and turnaround time, headset works good as new after repair.

works flawlessly, drops right in. the YouTube tutorial could be a bit more complete, but the product itself is a perfect replacement for my rift s joystick, especially since theyre not in production anymore.
The item was easy to install just watched a tutorial with the right tools and fixed it myself
I thought it wouldn't work at first, and i would be scammed, but after putting it on, it worked flawlessly if i have more troubles ill be sure to return to fix my oculus
Product works as an arm, but does not actually work as a speaker. (Yes, instructions were followed and entire teardown and repair of headset was successful due to the right arm working when powered on)
My quest has Red speaker arms, received a blue one. Not sure if this was from an older Quest 2, but it seems like the hardware might have changed. Reguardless, all i needed was the arm and i use earbuds anyway, so no real loss.
The screw drivers worked great but the last 4 screws it just couldnt get the right grip from being bent form light use and had too go buy a 59 in 1 electronics screwdriver set to unscrew them, cheaper than buying a new conteoller though.
Bought 2 sets, screwdrivers strip screws after 1-2 minutes of use. Both toppers came with cracks in plastic parts
Do not use the free screwdriver. After unscrewing only 6 screws it could not take it anymore just buy a screwdriver from amazon. The shipping was fast coming from us to ireland. The thumbsticks were acceptable quality and all the parts came safely.
Fit great and look even greater. Only thing is i wish they gave you an extra set of the adhesive tape because i can see someone dropping one and it getting all dirty and then the product is ruined.
