Outstanding service, repair, and communication. I was very satisfied with the repair made to my Meta Quest 3 main unit. The "fix-my-Oculus" team was responsive and very timely with my repair; I did purchase the expedited service and they lived up to the promise. Their website was easy to navigate and they were responsive to all questions and concerns. I highly recommend this team for your VR system repairs.
It works great, and the tutorial helped a ton with installing it. My only issue was that I never got the screwdrivers I had ordered along with the fan.

Haven't used it at all. 10/10 product. I bought it to replace my younger brother's headset battery but im procrastinating and it's been sitting on my desk, staring into my soul every time I look at it.
Fix my oculus did a amazing job with repairing my controllers. I sent out 2 pretty much destroyed controllers and got back 2 practically new ones. Full refurbish on both and they did awesome. Both work like new again. And about $300 cheaper then buy 2 new ones.
This was my second repair (stick drift on my Oculus 2 this time) performed by FMO. As usual, it was phenomenal! Super easy process, great repair, and reasonable turnaround time. I’m super pleased and wouldn’t use anyone else. Thanks!!
As mentioned in another of my reviews, the parts always show up when expected. No excuses. Customer service is the best.
Even though it was low, or out of stock, they found one to send me. Showed up on time, and following their tutorial, fairly easy to replace. Couple hours if you're as careful as I was with the ribbon cables and tiny screws. I put them on a paper plate clockwise taking them out and reversed order reinstalling. Work on a light colored clean area with plenty of light. Lose a screw in the unit and can't find it? Check the back of the speakers (magnetic). Unfortunately, wasn't the problem, so now I have a spare!

My son broke the joystick on his oculus controller and we really wanted to avoid having to purchase a new one. Fix my oculus repaired his controller and their customer service was really awesome! He had some issues reconnecting his controller to his headset and they were incredibly responsive and helpful with getting everything back up and running! Highly recommend!
The team was absolutely fantastic! I emailed them about a specific part (the face shield) on a real long shot, just to see if they even had it in stock. Not only did they wind up getting it in stock quickly thereafter, but actually emailed me back to let me know they had it. They were quick to ship it, the part was well priced, and overall I had a 10/10 customer service experience. I would absolutely come back here again if I mess my headset up... again. (Well to be fair, I didn't break it. This was a used headset I was fixing. I just wanted to get it back to a like-new condition. Which I did! Thanks guys!)
It took a while to initially hear from them but once I did their response times were quicker and my questions were answered. The time it took to repair was not long and getting it back took about a week. I would use their services again.
So far its been working well. I am in VR a lot and it has held up with my sessions. If anyone is looking for one that wont break in a few weeks this should be it.
