How much does a repair cost?

It depends on your headset and what's wrong. Quest 2 repairs typically run $35–$99. Quest 3 and 3S repairs typically run $80–$240. Controller repairs start at $35.99. The diagnostic is free with any repair, and we send you the exact price before anything is charged — you're never billed without approving it first.

What if you cannot fix it icon

What if you can't fix it?

If we can't repair it, you don't pay for the repair. You cover return shipping only and we send it straight back to you.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. Every repair includes a 30-day warranty covering the work we did. You can extend it to 90 days for $15 or 180 days for $30 at the time of service. Parts and accessories carry a 30-day guarantee against manufacturer defects.
