Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Wulz-Ferguson LLC (the “Sponsor”) are not eligible.

Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Wulz-Ferguson LLC, doing business as Fix My Oculus, 6028 West Stoney Brook Road, Suite 5, Rogers, AR 72758.

Giveaway Period

Sweepstakes begins August 23, 2025, at 5:00 PM CST and ends September 27, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST (the “Giveaway Period”).

How to Enter

Purchase Method: Every $1 spent on FixMyOculus.com during the Giveaway Period equals 1 entry into the drawing. Taxes and shipping charges do not earn entries.

Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address on a 3x5 postcard and mail it to:

Each postcard received = 10 entries. Must be postmarked by September 27 and received by September 30, 2025. Limit one (1) mailed entry per person per day. AMOE entries are treated the same as purchase entries and have the same chance of winning.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries suspected of fraud, tampering, or abuse.

Prize

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

• Custom Gaming PC (ARV $2,000)

Total Prize ARV: $2,000. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and use. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner if required by law.

Winner Selection

Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor within 7 days after the Giveaway ends.

Winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 72 hours of the drawing. Winner must respond within 7 days of notification or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner drawn. If no eligible winner claims the prize, Sponsor reserves the right not to award the prize.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received (purchases + AMOE).

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway for any reason. Entrants agree to abide by these rules and decisions of Sponsor, which are final.

By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winner’s name and likeness may be announced publicly on FixMyOculus.com and Sponsor’s social media channels.

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, ViralSweep, and prize suppliers from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation or prize acceptance.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, YouTube, or any other platform used to promote the giveaway.

Governing Law

Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas and applicable federal law.
