i solved myself with this guys without send my headset i dont know but thats massive for me

I've had a Meta Quest 3 VR set a year and a half and had become hooked on it. I started having recurring controller tracking and disconnection issues and had followed every DIY, user group, and Meta troubleshooting steps. I resorted to a factory reset but nothing worked. I spent an hour on the phone with Meta technical support following their steps with no resolution. They told me I had to replace my Quest. I stumbled on Fix My Oculus and created a service request and sent the headset and controllers in for service. I was skeptical but willing to pay whatever (up to the cost of a new unit). I was happy to hear the issue was resolved. What really impressed me with Fix My Oculus was the great customer service and their honesty. They did not take advantage of me by saying there were numerous issues nor up-sell. I will definitely keep you in my contacts in case I need future service and recommend you to my family and friends.

These guys managed to receive, fix, and ship back out my Oculus in less than a month. They've been nothing but kind and respectful throughout the entire process. Truly a great company with great services. 5 stars

I'd seen several bad reviews, and a lot of good ones, so I did hesitate, I have to be honest. However, my Oculus is not just a VR system to me, but also how I get ahold of my personal trainer, my "relaxation day" when the weather is WAY too lousy to go outside, and my movie theater when I want to watch a new movie, but don't want to drive, and then deal with whining kids.

The lenses on my Oculus were badly scuffed and had scratches. I was not sure if it was fixable, but I decided to give these guys a chance. Not only did they get my Oculus fixed quickly, but got it back to me quickly as well. They took really good care of it, and everything seems even clearer now. Of course, anything "long distance" is still fuzzy for me, but that's not the oculus, that's my own vision. But once I get the prescription lens inserts, that won't be a problem.

And the prices were VERY reasonable, too. I'm definitely going to turn to these guys again if I need help, or advice, about having an Oculus, or another type of similar equipment. And before you ask? I'm in Wisconsin, USA. Heh. So I did figure it'd take longer given the thing goes all the way down to AR.
