When you need your gear serviced and you send your stuff in to someone they always promise a lot and you usually get a little. These guys were Johnny on the spot with their responses to my repair request and to my expedited work and shipping requests when I got my unit back I was very satisfied with the results so I would recommend them to anybody I know. Customer service was great so send your stuff here.

Now my son won’t bug me anymore

That fixed my grandsons Meta Quest and I had contact with them several times. They were the best. I felt like they cared and I would use them again in a second! They have good YouTube videos too! My son was able to clean an overheating fan based on their YouTube instructional video! I’m very impressed with this company!

The time it took for repairs was a bit slow, but the communication was great, and they went the extra mile to replace the face with no charge, since it was cracked…very impressive!! Came back in like-new condition! Thank you!!

So part of this is a sob story right after Christmas last year I had a house fire and the chimney caught on fire but when they put it out, they put water everywhere and so I just bought the oculus for all three of my kids, and they all got destroyed Couldn’t communicate with quest couldn’t communicate with Facebook. They would not return. They bounce me around from people to people people and it was under warranty by the time I got contacts back it was September when I originally bought them on a deal on Amazon and save them for Christmas. There was no more warranty so I decided I would try and fix them myself and I found. Fix my oculus on YouTube and they gave detailed description of how to repair things and how to exchange parts so I reached out to them and sent it off. The bad part about this was. I’m in a union and there was a snow freeze in January where they shut the job sites down so these amazing people took my two headsets and three sets of remotes and fix them and then I inform them that I got laid off, but as soon as I got work again, I would pay them two months without work racks up bills it was April until I could pay them They communicated with me talked with me and they only charge me $50 for a holding fee and I got all the remotes and the headsets repaired for cheaper than two oculus. I couldn’t buy new remotes for the price that they fixed all three remotes and the two headsets. These people were a blessing. My kids are now playing with their oculus again and they’re a lot happier. I can’t express how much they helped and how much they helped just by not reselling them after two months of non-pay, but I did communicate with them what was going on. They worked with me on a payment schedule. I can’t say enough good things about these people. Thank you fix my oculus

I'm so glad I didn't buy new controllers for my son's Quest 3S! The repair cost HALF of what one new controller would cost. Customer service was top notch and the process was seamless. They send a prepaid shipping envelope, you mail it to them, and about a month later it's almost as if we got new controllers back. Thank you guys so much!

I met the boys, Dan and Preston, in Houston for VR event. True to their words. They did some great repair work along with upgrades for my Meta headset. Hats off to the team.

It's worth every penny. They are honest and reliable. It took about a month as they said and it was worth waiting.

Meta told me it would be $200 only if I sent in my unit. They would send me another unit . What a joke.

Fix my Oculus originally quoted $80 after the tech did the repair it didn't need as much work as previously quoted and they lowered it. Extremely pleased.

Had a lens replaced by Fix My Oculus, the repairs were really quick and quality was impeccable.

Their customer service was incredible. Communication was always very professional and clear. I had issues with shipping as I'm from Canada and Fix My Oculus went out of their way to help me out, even though the issues were entirely the fault of the shipping company.

I highly recommend them for fast, honest repairs and great customer service!

Amazing fit. The strap is very sturdy and high quality though my skin got a little red and itchy from it, Im going to assume its because i was using it 2 hours straight and my skin is sensitive.

Got my son's vr back from the black screen of death. And got a plastic out of controller. High recommended.

I have two kids and their only present one Christmas was two Oculus' that I had to affirm to afford. First my son accidentally spilt a drop of drink in his while waking, next my daughter put her headset on right after she got out of the shower so it got wet. I thought all was lost. This isn't the first headset they've had and broke and I knew meta would t help. Luckily with one simple Google search I found this place! They got them both fixed! They gave me complementary phone calls when my invoice was ready and was very understanding on having to wait till I got paid on Friday. My sons did get lost in the mail. I waited a couple a days for it to update and then sent them an email. About 2 hours later I got a phone call saying they were on it and watching it as well. They told me it's insured so if it does get lost, I would still be getting a headset no matter what. Luckily it showed up a few days later. They even emailed and wanted me to confirm. Outstanding customer service, outstanding craftsmanship just outstanding all around.
