  • Packaging Guidelines:
  • Use the smallest possible box that can securely fit your device.
  • Add sufficient padding (e.g., bubble wrap or foam) to protect the equipment during transit.
  • Devices with uninstalled batteries must be labeled to indicate the presence of hazardous materials, as required by IATA shipping codes.
  • Packages that exceed $20 in round-trip shipping costs due to improper or oversized packaging, or other issues, may be subject to additional fees.

Repair Services

  • Repairs are covered by a 30-day warranty starting from the date your repaired equipment is returned to you.
  • This warranty covers issues directly related to the original repair. It does not cover new damage, misuse, or wear unrelated to the repair.

  • Customers can opt for an extended warranty at the time of service purchase:
  • 90-Day Warranty: Covers parts and labor for an additional $15.
